About the Opportunities

Integrated Family and Youth Services now has multiple opportunities available for Residential Youth Workers to join their Child Protection Residential Care Programs in Gladstone and Rockhampton. These are casual roles, with the potential to progress to permanent part-time, if desired.

Working a mix of day, afternoon, and overnight shifts, you will be supporting young people (from 5-17 years of age) who have been assessed as needing a placement different from family-based care. You'll be responsible for the safe running of the house, providing a nurturing environment where young people can heal, learn, grow and engage in the world with confidence.
