About the opportunity

As the Nurse Unit Manager of Ambulatory Care you will be joining a dynamic, multidisciplinary team. You will be in charge of the Ambulatory Care Unit, Hospital in the Home (HitH) and the Renal Dialysis Unit. You will be required to provide leadership and the management of staff, services and resources to ensure delivery of safe, effective, quality nursing care.
