Precision Sourcing have partnered once again with one of our largest clients in the Utlities space and are looking for a Learning Parnter for an immediate contract.

This is a crucial role in the business and would be suited to somebody with extensive SuccessFactors and Enable Now experience.

Key Requirements of the role:

SuccessFactors Learning Administration

Ensure the notifications within the SuccessFactors Learning are managed and configured correctly prior to training schedules being deployed

Provide SuccessFactors training where necessary

Provide training reports on organisational training progress and course attendance and completion

Provide input for content develop for the Business and projects when required

Set up Success factors to meet Business and project training requirements

Assist to resolve Business and project SuccessFactors system issues in timely manner

Design and develop Instructional and learning packages / courses / modules for stakeholders when necessary

Experience Required:

5+ Years of SuccessFactors Experience Essential

Enable Now Experience Essential

Other development tools desirable (eg Articulate or Captivate)

Minimum SAP Experience of 2 Years
