Are you a Pinnacle Person? Then you will have the following:

Bulk catering experience in large scale establishments or Cruise liners
Experience catering for up to 2000 meal per day
Ability to coordinate large teams working in high volume environments
A love for your work and for the industry
Uniform: Traditional Chef jacket & pants, knives, apron, chef hat, safety shoes
Ability to work in a remote area (may be little to no internet access)
A minimum Cert 3 (or equivalent)
The right to work within Australia
Immediate availability
Police Check within the last 3 months or willing to obtain one
Valid Passport with no less than 6-months expiry
HACCP standards, WH&S & an understanding of dietary requirements are to be adhered to
