The Company
Our client is looking for another property manager to add to the team, to assist with managing the current portfolio. A reputable brand with excellent staff retention, they love Property Managers relocating to join their social and close knit team! They are like a big family, they work hard but work well together as a team unit.

The Position
Day to day running of a portfolio consisting but not limited to:

Managing approximately 100 x properties
Day to day running of a portfolio
Shared Assistant Property Manager
Trust Accounting Support
Maintenance
Arrears
Routine, ingoing and outgoing inspections
Lease Renewals
No Business Development required

Skills & Experience

Ideally 2+ years experience managing own portfolio
Current Property Management Registration
Valid driver's licence
Well presented
Meticulous attention to detail, accountability and focus
Strong organisational skills
Outstanding telephone manner & time management
Monday to Friday with Saturday morning on a roster basis with the other PM's.
