Your Role and Responsibilities
IBM SAP S/4 HANA Solution Consultant Finance & Controlling Ballarat

As an experienced SAP consultant at IBM Global Business Services, you will deliver innovative business solutions through design, build and test, including systems integration. You will leverage your subject matter expertise and your experience to ensure successful project delivery and client success. As a leader of a SAP functional team you will get the chance to participate in new and existing implementations, developed with the latest technology and tools. At IBM youll find your role has a unique look, combining both strong technical and business skills.

We would like you to have a solid SAP Finance & Controlling background with at least 3 full implementations, ideally in an international consulting environment. Strong experience in process design, planning and managing execution of the build. Experience in the S/4 Finance and Controlling solutions is also a must.

Mandatory Requirements:
* Be an Australian citizen
* Be eligible to obtain an AGSVA baseline security clearance or already have AGSVA baseline security clearance
Required Professional and Technical Expertise:
* Extensive experience in managing large, distributed teams in excess of 10 members, including proven ability to:
* Build and manage client relationships, establishing credibility and a role as a trusted advisor.
* Manage upwards and downwards within project and client organisation structures.
* Proven ability to build and manage client relationships, establishing credibility and a role as a trusted advisor.
* Lead and manage multiple project streams
* Track, report and manage progress across all items within project scope across distributed teams and to manage scope creep.
* Forecast and forward plan, managing project and client resources and to identify and mitigate issues and risks to minimise impacts to project delivery.
* Establish and maintain good communication flow to drive engagement, transparency and trust within project teams
* Be able to create and manage and inclusive environment of diverse stakeholders and project team members
* Provide quality assurance, ensuring deliverables meet the expectations and standards agreed by the project and the client.

* Extensive demonstrable SAP S/4 HANA project management experience including at least 3 full end-to end project lifecycles.
* Excellent knowledge across Finance processes and sub-processes, and SAP Finance Modules. General knowledge of other SAP modules.
* Ability to do FITGAP analysis and lead workshops with Business and Process Architects
* Customization experience of SAP S/4HANA Finance Solutions and understanding of core data structures and data flows
* Strong problem solving skills to drive resolution of defects and issues by understanding client needs and presenting options to resolve the problem.
* An ability to identify, develop and implement solutions to gaps to meet the needs of the business
* Excellent leadership, communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
* Proven ability to deliver high profile activities to tight timescales
* Proven success in contributing to a team-oriented environment
* Strong stakeholder management skills
