Our client is an established provider of support services across a number of industries, including healthcare, manufacturing and Private Equity. An Australian business with a global trading presence, our client enjoys a leading position within their industry.

The opportunity now exists for a talented Company Accountant to undertake an end to end Financial role for this successful business.

The Role

Reporting to the Group Financial Controller, the Company Accountant will be responsible for all financial aspects of this $60million business. Key tasks will include:

- Preparation of end of month accounts

- Preparation of monthly Management Reporting, and subsequent business partnering with Senior Leadership

- Ownership of the annual budgeting process, including rolling forecasts

- Daily cash-flow forecasting

- Daily hands-on bank reconciliations for Australian and US bank accounts

- BAS, FBT, PAYG, Income Tax

- Review of the Payables and Receivables functions

- Liaising with Operations

- Driving a process of business improvement, including spearheading technology and analytics projects

- Ad hoc tasks as required

Your Profile

You are a CA/CPA Qualified accountant with experience across the above responsibilities. You understand the breadth of accountability when your role covers everything from bank reconciliations to driving enhanced reporting through BI tools.

You are seeking a broad role within an employee-focused business and you are motivated by the opportunity to own all end to end finance tasks within a $60million business.
