Located close to picturesque Lake Mulwala, Yarrawonga Manufactured Housing (YMH) design and construct quality residential, commercial and holiday accommodation in their modern manufacturing facility, then re-locate the dwellings onsite throughout Victoria, NSW and beyond.

YMH is looking for an experienced Contract Administration & Customer Relations Coordinator to provide excellent customer service, ensure effective contract documentation, manage contract correspondence and maintain the CRM.

In your new role you will:

Be responsible for providing excellent frontline customer service to new and existing clients
Ensure effective contract documentation through linkage of the sales and construction teams
Develop and produce communications and marketing materials
Manage contract electronic files including permit and compliance documentation

You will have:

Certificate III Business Administration or equivalent
Excellent computer skills including Microsoft suite and CRM
Demonstrated ability to organise your own workload and prioritise tasks
A minimum of five years’ experience in office management
