Contact Centre looking for Verification Officer to join their team - Immediate Start Required

The Role We Are Offering You (including but not limited to):

A Permanent position
Hourly Rate, Super & Leave entitlements.
25 hours per week initially (high potential to increase for the right candidate)
An Outbound customer service & verification call officer; communicating with our company’s customers to ensure customer satisfaction (No sales involved)
A hands-on role including accurate data entry, and minor administrative tasks
Central Surfers Paradise location, friendly & experienced office team environment (with ocean views)

Our IDEAL CANDIDATE is someone:

With more than 2-3 years’ experience with customer service
That demonstrates Clear & fluent communication (spoken and written)
With the ability to work in an office team environment but also autonomously
Possessing Strong listening skills, attention to detail and the ability to learn from training provided
Who enjoys working and communicating with people, within the customer service industry.
