This 6 month Learning and Development Advisor role will work collaboratively with the Organisational Development team and relevant stakeholders to develop a suite of internal learning solutions that will build the capabilities of leaders, teams and employees in line with the broader People and Culture Strategy. The core programs of work include (but are not limited to):

* Leadership Development Program;
* Team Effectiveness and Cohesion Program; and
* Performance Framework.

The successful candidate will apply instructional design theories and adult learning principles to develop innovative, engaging and impactful learning solutions.

The ideal candidate will possess graduate qualifications in a relevant discipline together with:

* substantial experience in the effective design and execution of impactful learning and development initiatives;
* substantial experience in the design of leadership and team effectiveness learning solutions;
* substantial experience designing blended learning solutions;
* substantial interpersonal and consultancy skills;
* substantial skills in driving and leading organisational change initiatives and organisational development practices; and
* substantial experience coordinating the delivery of internal learning programs.

This is a full-time, fixed-term position for 6 months, with the possibility of extension, with a salary range of $89,327 to $95,278 per annum plus a Council contribution to superannuation of up to 12%.
