Associate Director or Director for Commercial Industrial Valuations (Institutional Clients). Bolster the existing Industrial portfolio through delivery of mortgage / institutional / private client Commercial & Industrial Valuations worth anywhere from $50M to $1B.

Leveraging your own private and institutional networks will be easy as this group are on the majority of panels with banks and have the highest of PI insurances to cover your mid to high end workload.

Where This Can Take You?

Depending on the experience you are bringing to the table, there are numerous paths in which to go. If you are a Senior stepping into the AD level role, do your time and then look at either Team Management, Directorship or even Branch Management.

If you're already a seasoned Associate Director, you could be looking at Directorship as soon as 12 months. Including full P&L ownership (if that's what you want) or just a Director level income / prestige without the stress of running your own books.

Salary
