The Opportunity

Stratco's Operations facility are looking for a motivated individual who is looking to start an Apprenticeship and establish a long term career with Stratco. As an Apprentice you will have the opportunity to spend time in all sections of our factories, learn to operate roll formers, press brakes, metal folders, welders, hand-held sheet metal tools, as well as get involved in the manufacture of all our products. You will also be involved in servicing and maintaining our plant equipment, will participate in trade related training and additional training and development provided by Stratco.

To be considered for the apprentice position you will have preferably completed year 12 and be able to demonstrate a desire and interest in establishing a career as part of an operations team. Stratco will provide all the training, support and tools needed to help you develop the necessary skills and will require participation in training and personal development sessions including products, skills and systems.
