Breezway is an Australian company that manufactures and markets awarding-winning Louvre Window products all around the world. We are currently seeking an Office & Facilities Officer based at our Coorparoo site. The ideal candidate for the position will have previous hands-on experience in Facilities Management.

Reporting to the Financial Controller, this position will see you manage all aspects of the operational and property maintenance to effect valued contributions of JELD-WEN Australia's vision, mission and objectives.

To be successful in this role you will posses the following attributes:

Previous experience managing maintenance activities across multiple sites
The ability to organise and manage all contractors on site to ensure compliance are met
The ability to organise and manage client events and company functions
Excellent attention to detail
Previous experience in staff management, management of office assets including negotiation of office equipment/utilities contracts and agreements
Be an effective Communicator, with the ability to develop and maintain relationships with all stakeholders
Strong time management skills, goal oriented, proactive and positive with the ability to work well under pressure and handle multitasking when required
Possess a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite and SAP
The ability to assist Senior Managers as required

You will be highly regarded if you also have:

Previous hands on experience in Facilities Management, including security systems
Solution focused approach to solving problems with the ability to be flexible in changing circumstances and diverse situations
Previous management experience
