WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU?

Passion - Personality - Drive - Ambition
2-4 years of Retail Management experience ideally in a high volume, fast paced structured environment (big box, fashion, hard/soft goods)
Strong business acumen
Experience and success driving sales and performance KPI's
Ability to deliver operational excellence + manage back of house team
Experience and confidence in report analytics and ability to identify action plans of improvement
Hunger to learn and grow!
Conflict resolution skills and a people person!
Confident in developing and up skilling a sales team
Passion for the brand and knowledge product & trends
