They now look to add a Business Development Manager to their growing team in Brisbane.

The Position

This is a Business Development Manager position in Brisbane that will be focused on developing new business into the civil construction and mining space. There is a large responsibility on targeting opportunities with the civil sector, commercial builders and subcontractors.

Responsibilities will include the following:

Pushing the products for hire to a range of clients
Targeting new and upcoming sites for potential business
Developing strong relationships with your builders and civil contractors
Ensuring repeat business and a high level of customer satisfaction
Provide pricing and quotations for new and existing clients
Liaise with internal teams to ensure properly service delivery

This is an autonomous role and you'll spend most of your time in the field!

The Candidate

The ideal candidate for this position will possess strong B2B sales skills and will have experience within the civil construction space. Experience coming from the hire industry will be very advantageous.

A key part of this role will involve visiting construction sites therefore you must be comfortable being out in the field, contacting and developing business with builders, PM’s, and engineers. Candidates who come from companies supplying equipment for sale or hire, construction consumables, products into the mines, PPE or any other relatable equipment are encouraged to apply.
