The Opportunity

Manage a portfolio of injuries within compensable insurance schemes
Assist people return to work by acting as an impartial stakeholders
Liaise with injured worker, employer, doctor and other professionals to ensure appropriate intervention is being delivered
Conduct vocational assessments and report back to the insurer
Our Employment Consultants will help with labour market analysis
Provide vocational counselling
Develop graded return to work plans
Document case notes as part of reporting and compliance requirements

Essential Criteria

Tertiary qualified in Psychology or Rehabilitation Counselling
Registration/membership or eligible to register with one of the following; AHPRA, ASORC, RCAA
Car and valid Driver’s license and willingness to travel to meet clients
Police check or willingness to obtain a police check prior to commencement
