Senior Project Officer to review workplace accidents, complaints and implementing new systems.

Your new role
This exciting Six month role will be assisting with a review and analysis of workplace incidents and complaints from the past 5 years, and with the implementation of new incident and complaints management systems.
You will be working in a unique role across risk management compliance, WHS, workplace investigations and internal audits, ensuring complex recorded information and evidence is interpreted for external and internal stakeholders.
You will also be supporting staff with recording incidents, closing off the incidents within the timeframes and supporting managers with their review of incidents.

What you'll need to succeed
Impeccable attention to detail,
Ability to work in a standalone role,
Experience with incident reporting systems and databases,
Experience identifying and correcting any category misclassifications,
Proven confidence in escalating any missed claims or reports to senior leadership,
Experience identifying areas, common themes or opportunities for improvement and training
