About the Role:

Programmed Care are currently seeking a reliable and experienced Disability Support Worker to assist our client in Yea (100KM from Melbourne CBD)

The services are 2 hours in length and the shift times vary from morning and afternoon depending on what the care requirements are for that day.

Due to the personal nature of these services the client has a strong female preference

What we need from you:

Experience

Cert III or IV in Disability, Community, Aged Care Support or Individual Support
Minimum 6 months recent experience
- Or
Second year nursing students
6 - 8 weeks placement experience

Documents

Australian Police check (completed within the last 3 years)
First Aid (completed within the last 3 years)
CPR (practical course completed within the last 12 months)
Two professional references who can confirm your health care experience
Reliable car, valid licence
