Small Batch has an opportunity for an enthusiastic coffee professional to join our North Melbourne roastery team as an All Rounder. This is a multi-faceted role, working days only. This role includes packing and despatching orders, wholesale customer interaction, general warehouse duties and retail-customer-loving at our cellar door. Being at Coffee HQ, you will have your finger on the pulse of our offering and access to learning every day.
This role has great opportunity for the right candidate, with many avenues for upskilling. Development technical, training or roasting skills as opportunities arise.
