Stakeholder Engagement and Consultation Manager

Job Requirements:

• Eligibility: Must be Australian citizen and able to obtain a Government Baseline Security Clearance.
• Contract: Start 1/07/2022 for 12 Months with 2x 6 Months extension options
• Canberra Location only

The Opportunity:

Our Fed Gov Client is seeking to engage experienced contractors with proven capability and experience in providing complex program support to government.

Expected deliverables are:

• Develop and support the Digital Identity Engagement Strategy for 2022-23
• Provide stakeholder engagement and consultation support in accordance with the Engagement Strategy
• Provide stakeholder engagement support to enable accreditation and onboarding of services to the Digital Identity system
• Support stakeholder engagement and consultation activities with a broad range of stakeholders, including State and Territory government, Commonwealth government and the private sector
• Prepare papers and provide strategic advice to support strategy development, and Executive and Ministerial briefings
• Provide stakeholder engagement and consultation support for legislation activities

Essential criteria:

• Strong, stakeholder engagement skills, including experience in leading complex activities with a broad range of stakeholders both internal and external to government
• Experience in the development of government business cases and preparation of ministerial correspondence
• Experience in the development of complex Stakeholder Engagement Strategies that is inclusive of internal and external stakeholders
• Experience in working on digital service type initiatives

Desirable criteria:

• Previous experience with the Commonwealth's Digital Identity System
