Senior or Lead UX Designer sought to join a top-level sports media company on a permanent basis. $170K + Super + hardware allowance & flexible remote working.
The Role:
You will lead the companies design, allowing a streamless process to combine stadium & digital access to the best football content in Australia, in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Grow and drive a culture of user-centric design principles, moving quickly to iterate and keep the customer at the heart of everything you do
- Collaborate with stakeholders from across the organisation from marketing and content to sales and commercial
- Create UX artefacts such as wireframes, customer journey maps, user flows, sketches, interactive prototypes
Requirements:
- Over 5 years UX/UI Design experience, ideally within a sports or media industry company
- Web and Mobile Design skills, iOS & Android
- Strong understanding of UX research methodologies and demonstrable experience in translating these findings into lo-fi sketches, designs, and prototypes
- Experienced working within an Agile environment and knowledgeable of Agile practices
