Detailed Job description:-

Role: Senior Developer

Experience required for the job: 7 – 10 Years

The senior developer is responsible for extracting, transforming, loading and validation client data. Manipulating and processing data using SQL.
Strong experience with SQL Development including Stored Procedures, ideally on Netezza, Teradata, Hadoop, Greenplum, etc.
Good understanding of the Netezza late binding Architecture and underlying data distribution.
Understanding of Data Lake strategies and how to implement them.
Demonstrate experience in writing and executing UNIX shell scripts
Good knowledge of Business Intelligence tools like Cognos, Tableau.
Knowledge on version control system to track changes in source code during software development.
Experience on Banking domain projects.
Understanding of lean BI-Architecture.
Working in Agile environment.
High-energy, detail-oriented and proactive with the ability to function under pressure in an independent environment.
Design Data Stage parallel jobs to extract data from various sources and transform and loading the data into target (warehouse) tables.
Manage ETL designs and gather business requirements.
Strong communication skills – Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
