They are in search of high performers with exceptional customer service, stake holder management and problem solving skills coupled with a tech savvy mind to join their team.

Your role will be to provide high quality customer service through responding to customer complaints relating to maintenance and upgrading of a range of products & services.

Responsibilities will include:

Explore and resolve customer complaints that are identified in accordance with standard procedures.
Follow the complaints management process to reach a resolution that is fair and reasonable to the customer and the company.
Escalate customer complaints requiring non-standard variations for approval.
Participate in weekly performance meetings and build/maintain working relationships.
Show initiative and take ownership.
Apply daily updates to applicable systems/databases & reports.

What you need to ensure success:

Previous experience working in a high volume and high functioning environment.
Call centre experience regarded favourably.
Experience working across multiple systems to perform tasks and investigations.
Troubleshooting skills and ability to solve problems of high complexity.
Ability to manage and maintain stakeholder relationships.
Ability to prioritise, time management skills and a sense of urgency!
