The Customer Insights Manager will be responsible for providing forward thinking, actionable insights on product development and customer experience. You will lead, manage and report on Customer & Shopper research, feedback, & user experience to identify and prioritise areas of improvement and opportunities. This is a role you can shape and make your own. Looking for an insights expert who would thrive on running and continuously developing a consumer insights function in an agile environment.

The role:

Provide actionable insights and knowledge to stakeholders that drive customer centric and product quality decisions, Identifying areas for improvement or opportunities,
Facilitate and educate stakeholders throughout the concept to launch cycle with strategic recommendations and compelling presentations,
Manage and continuously develop the online community platform, designing strategic surveys that uncover what customers are saying about products, service, and experience,
In depth interviews with customers, internal employees and external to identify best user experience,
Collect, measure and report on Customer feedback, NPS, Shopper data, product reviews, utilising advanced metrics
Ensure best practice research principles are applied for accuracy and relevance for business objectives
Brief, own and manage external agency relationships when outsourcing, as well as conducting research In-house

You will have:

Circa 5-6+ years' experience either agency or client side (Desirable for both or at least 1 year' experience client side)
Experience in Retail/Product related background highly desirable,
Experience in various quantitative and qualitative research methods, (Consumer insights, customer experience, new product development - concept to launch, user experience, demographic & anthropological research, innovation)
Strong capabilities to translate consumer insights into implications from various data sources,
Online community experience highly desirable,
Excellent communication, Strategic and forward thinking, constantly coming up with innovative ideas,
Comfortable working in an evolving agile environment,
Ability to present actionable and compelling insights to the business,
Champion the voice of the customer for best practice customer service and desirable products
