About the role

Our client is looking for either an experienced Service Manager looking to take the next step in their career. The focus of the role is to take control of the Fixed Operations (Service and Parts) for the business across multiple franchises/brands.

Duties and Responsibilities

Drive the Service and Parts Department KPI's (Financial, Customer, Manufacturer, and Dealership KPI's)
Accountable for Front End Operations, Safety, and Administration areas
Liaising with the General Manager and Dealer Principal

Skills and Experience

Experience as an Automotive Service Manager
Previous experience in dealerships ESSENTIAL
Exemplary communication skills
High-level time management skills
Hands-on customer relations ESSENTIAL
Knowledge of dealership DMS systems and MS Outlook will be an advantage
