Job Description

Auscare Group is a renowned Perth based agency providing services to the broader Health Sector. With growth currently being experienced due to our excellent reputation on supplying quality candidates, we are in pursuit of experienced Disability Support workers who can expand on our reputation.

The ideal candidates will be able to display the following essential skills:
- Ability to carry out required duties according to the duty roster ensuring you remain within the scope of your responsibilities
- Perform personal care responsibilities such as but not limited to; showering, grooming, preparing basic meals, assisting with feeding etc.
- Providing support such as shopping with clients, performing household duties, behavioural support and transporting clients when required
- Carrying out meaningful and purpose driven routines in a respectful and inclusive manner enabling client independance
- Other duties as required from time to time within the scope of your role and skills

Skills and Training
- Certificate III/ IV in Disability
- Current national police clearance certificate (must be less than 12 months old)
- Current senior first aid
- Current knowledge of the disability services sector
- Current Manual handling certificate
