About the Role!
As a Technical Analyst, your primary goal is simple! To ensure an exceptional standard of technical services are delivered to clients using exclusive business products and solutions!

Joining the Client Services team, your key relationships will be with clients, development, and QA Teams to understand the business and design aspects of solutions. You will use your C/C++ programming languages to assist with development, and to debug issues.

Having secured a number of Australia & New Zealand’s market leading asset managers as key clientele you will be responsible for both client-facing and technical aspects, in order to provide a quality technical relationship between clients and Client Services team.

About You!
You have a strong reputation for your client service and thrive on analysing & trouble shooting problems to resolution! You have exceptional communication skills and can translate technical jargon to a non-technical audience with ease! You are Highly motivated, Collaborative & Outcomes Focused!

About your talents!

A 2:1 Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in a numerate subject - Computer Science, Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, M. Eng.
Programming knowledge in any of C, C++, Java, C#
Scripting languages shell/perl
Ability to communicate confidently and concisely
A strong understanding of DevOps and Cloud technologies – AWS/Azure etc
Ability to navigate in a Linux OS
Experience in an Agile Environment.
