Our client requires a Systems Programmer for a 12 Months+ Contract in Darwin.
The Systems Programmer will be responsible for the development, maintenance, and promotion of procedures and standards for the effective and efficient management and delivery of mainframe operating system services.
Skills and Experience Required includes:
- Proficient in z/OS and CICS system programming, with a deep understanding of mainframe software installation and maintenance.
- Configuring and managing associated products to ensure the smooth operation of mainframe systems.
- Installation and maintenance of VTAM, TCPIP, and IPsec networks on mainframe systems.
- Conducting mainframe printer testing to ensure network functionality.
