In addition to a competitive salary equal to $25.70 - $31.20/hour + plus super, you will receive 17.5% holiday leave loading, paid lunch breaks and RDOs.

Our Newest Educators

An opportunity has recently become available in our Turrella centre for 2x Early Childhood Educators (Cert III) to join our team.

You will be responsible for contributing to our program and ensuring a high-quality program is provided for all our children. 

You will also build and maintain positive relationships with children, families, educators and your team members to ensure we deliver the best outcomes for families and children.

What You'll Bring to the Team

To thrive in the role, you will be a Certificate III qualified Educator, ideally with previous experience working in an Early Childhood setting. It is also essential that you possess the following:

• Valid Working with Children Check clearance
• Approved child protection certificate of attainment
• Fully vaccinated against COVID-19 including your booster
• First Aid Certification (or willingness to obtain)

It is crucial that you are a compassionate and self-motivated individual with a positive and can-do attitude. You must also have strong interpersonal skills and have the skills to build strong rapport and relationships with families.
