Our client URGENTLY requires a Coordinator Records Services for 6 months + Contract in Rockingham.

The Coordinator Records Services will ensure the statutory requirements are met in relation to Records and Information Management, provide an efficient and effective Records Service, and plan, manage and coordinate the Records Service Team.

Skills and Experience required includes:

  • Qualifications in Records or Information Management.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the State Records Act 2000 (WA) and records management procedures.
  • Experience in Electronic Document Records Management Systems, staff training and presenting information to a wide variety of audiences.
  • Experience with Content Manager and Authority - Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) are highly desirable.

Government experience would be highly regarded!
