Our client requires an ICT Service Officer for 6 months + Contract in Alice Springs, NT.
The ICT Service Officer will be responsible for delivering Level 1 support services to the end users and will act as the first point of contact for the client’s end users requiring assistance with ICT services.
Skills and Experience Required includes:
- Demonstrated commitment to customer service excellence.
- In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience in managing ICT services, including mobile devices, desktops, laptops, and tablets.
- Experience in ICT Service Delivery and support within a utility business
- Track record of troubleshooting incidents, recommending solutions to ICT issues, and effectively communicating with non-technical stakeholders.
