• Research, plan, coordinates the design, evaluate and monitor the installation of mechanical componentry and equipment for custom designed
• Develop cutting-edge misting systems tailored to meet our clients' unique needs
• Choose appropriate materials for misting system components, considering factors such as durability, compatibility, cost-effectiveness, and environmental impact.
• View and interrogate customer models and specifications to gather requirements for creation of detailed procedures and processes
• Inspect quality and efficiency of operational processes
• Work closely with the team to ensure a fully integrated approach to product design and quality
• Oversee assembly and installation of components in the product to ensure that finished products are installed and functioning according to specifications
• Develop process flow, maintain configuration of planning documents and their release to operations
• Maintain the reports and schedules. 
• Travel to various project sites for on-site inspections, installations, and client support.
• Continuously improve misting system designs to enhance performance, efficiency, and reliability.
• Collaborate with other engineers, designers, technicians, and stakeholders to gather input, address challenges, and ensure successful implementation of misting system designs.
• Train production staff on proper manufacturing techniques, safety protocols, and quality standards
• Provide engineering support for production and maintenance activities to ensure maximum production
• Provide technical support to customers and sales teams by addressing inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and offering guidance on misting system installation, operation, and maintenance
• Ensure WHSE practices, procedures and standards are always followed in production planning and scheduling
• Stay up to date with industry trends and technologies to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements: 

• Tertiary Degree in Mechanical Engineering or relevant field

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role
• Knowledge and experience with power tools 
• Optimisation of cycles to deliver value to the customer

Skills and Competencies

• Demonstrate competent knowledge of HVAC and AutoCAD software
• Ability to maintain project timelines and ensure timely completion
• Experience of working in cross functional teams for information gathering 
• Self-motivated with excellent interpersonal abilities, communication skills, and time
