    Virtual Delivery - Live and interactive classroom-style learning conducted completely online

Duration and Study Load

  • 16 courses and 2.5 years part-time
  • Each course is seven weeks in duration and requires a minimum of 15–20 hours a week study

Entry Requirements

16 Course Master of Human Resources Management

  • An Australian bachelors degree or equivalent in any discipline from a recognised tertiary institution.

12 Course Master of Human Resources Management

  • An Australian bachelor degree or equivalent, or higher-level qualification, in a business or related discipline from a recognised tertiary institution.*

OR

  • The RMIT Graduate Certificate in Human Resource Management^.

*Qualification must have been completed within the last 10 years.
^Upon successful completion of the Graduate Certificate you will have the opportunity to progress to the Master’s degree.
