  • Designed to give you an introduction to herpetology, the study of reptiles and amphibians, this module aims to teach you about reptile and amphibian biology, behaviour and classification. You will gain a greater understanding of relevant conservation issues affecting these fascinating creatures. You will also learn how to understand the biological and ecological characteristics of reptiles and amphibians as well as how to care for them and how to keep them at home
  • In this module, you will learn how to conduct flora and fauna surveys, learn about wildlife conservation theory, habitat rehabilitation, and threatened species recovery. Gain knowledge about the different ways you can conserve wildlife, including the impact habitat use and fragmentation can have, and learn a variety of survey techniques to be used to better understand wildlife, flora, vegetation and marine life
